Management

Scott holds an honors diploma in marine design, engineering, and boatbuilding from the Landing School in Kennebunk, Maine. He also brings over 33 years of marketing and business management experience to Limestone, including taking the helm of Rossiter Boats in 2007, where he took it from two part-time employees, to the viable, international boat brand that it has become in just over a decade.

Ryan holds an Honors Bachelor of Accounting from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University and brings over 10 years of experience in finance and financial reporting, having worked for a global professional services firm and a large Canadian financial institution. Ryan has spent the last few years acting as an outsourced finance consultant and accounting advisory expert to both publicly listed and private companies in the financial services, manufacturing & distribution, natural resources, professional services and retail & consumer business sectors advising on the application of various financial reporting frameworks including IFRS, US GAAP and ASPE. Prior to joining the Limestone team as full-time Interim CFO, Ryan has been providing finance services to the Company for the past year.

Taylor has the unique combination of experience as an associate investment banker, as well as both industrial management and construction. Taylor has brought that passion for excellence to the research, development and implementation of the product development and manufacturing of the company's products in Tennessee. Prior to Taylor's engagement as Vice President Product Management of Limestone, he worked in the Hanson Family Office, researching investment opportunities, as well as the development of the Limestone acquisition since September 2019. Following time as an Investment Banking Associate at International Capital Management and then Gravitas Securities, Taylor was a Corporate Development Associate at Medic Holdings.

Board of Directors

Telfer is an experienced capital markets professional having served 22 years in senior investment banking positions, including covering healthcare and medical technology companies. Most recently, Mr. Hanson co-founded and is Chairman of Mimi's Rock Corp. (TSXV:MIMI). Prior to that Mr. Hanson held senior investment banking positions at several independent brokerage firms.

Bryan Pearson is the former CEO of LoyaltyOne Co. and currently serves as a Corporate Director and strategic advisor to a number of for profit and charitable organizations.  He is a global leader in customer loyalty, retail marketing and analytics, and a passionate advocate for the ability of marketing, leadership and culture to transform business performance. Under Bryan's leadership, LoyaltyOne expanded beyond its AIRMILES business and grew to a company employing over 2,000 associates in over 28 countries.  LoyaltyOne was recognized repeatedly as a leading employer, a most admired corporate culture, one of the greenest companies and one of Canada's top employers for millennials and women. Bryan is a best-selling author and frequent contributor to Forbes magazine.  He holds an MBA and a BScH (microbiology and biochemistry) from Queen's University in Kingston.

Alan Gertner is a proven leader in strategy and operations and most recently served as the Chief Retail Officer for Canopy Growth and as CEO of Hiku Brands, a portfolio of premium cannabis brands, including Tokyo Smoke, Van der Pop, DOJA and Maitri. Alan was a founding member of Google's first Global Business Strategy team while based in Mountain View, California and led a $100M+ organization at Google in Asia. Prior to Google, Alan was a management consultant at Oliver Wyman in New York and graduated Dean's List from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 2006.

A Principal with Origin Merchant Partners and has over 30 years of investment banking experience at both Canadian and international investment banks. Charlie has extensive investment banking experience in public and private debt & equity financings, M&A and advisory services with Origin, Blackmont Capital, Midland Walwyn/Merrill Lynch, TD Securities and Richardson Greenshields. Charlie is currently on the board of Urbana Corporation.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queens University.

Mr. Grandin has over 25 years of experience starting companies and building teams in the high-tech product sector. He combines a strong entrepreneurial skill set with an extensive background in software and integrated system development. He has successfully led companies in digital media, product development, and sports-related technology. Mr. Grandin has a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in High Technology from Northeastern University.

Mr. Gaines is Chairman of Vision Marine Technologies (NASDAQ:VMAR) and is a globally respected and highly experienced investment banker/advisor and entrepreneur. Mr. Gaines specializes in large scale capital formation, M&A, workouts/restructuring, and Board protocol and governance. From 1984 through 1998, Mr. Gaines was an activist investor. During that time, he identified and financed specific opportunities for, and was Chief Advisor to financier and shareholder activist Carl C. Icahn, covering all of Mr. Icahn's energy investments, including Gulf Oil, Texaco, Pennzoil, Phillips Petroleum, Williams Cos., Unocal, USX (Marathon Oil), Tenneco, Western Company of North America, among many others. Mr. Gaines holds a BBA in Finance from Baruch College (CUNY), and an MBA in Finance ("With Distinction"-Valedictorian) from The Zarb School, Hofstra University Graduate School of Management.
